There are two options in delivery:
Prepayment shipping:
we deliver the machine after the bank transfer is made and received
delivery is on one pallet and on one day
Cash on delivery payment shipping:
1. Place your order
2. We will ship your order to the delivery address you provided
3. When your package arrives, you can pay for the product by credit card or cash
Usuall delivery time is within a week in Europe.
After receiving the payment, we send you a feedback about the estimated arrival time of the distilling machine. You will receive a package ID from the Fedex - TNT carrier to track the delivery of the still.
The still is transported on a pallet. The pallet size is 1,2 m x 0,8 m x 1,4 m.
After receiving your order, we will send you a pro-forma invoice to your email address. On the pro-forma invoice, you will find all the necessary information for the bank transfer (company name, address, IBAN, account number, Swift / Bic, bank name and address).
We kindly ask you to make sure that we have confirmed your order before you pick up the product. You can collect the machine personally from our office in Budapest and pay in cash.
We will send you a pro-forma invoice and our company PayPal account to where you can send the payment. If you choose this payment method, we will surcharge you 5,4% additional fee.
